Last Saturday I taught my first Reiki class in a long time and it was all via Zoom. New normal? Zoom is somewhere in that conversation. I loved it and I’m looking forward to doing many more virtual classes. I’m so used to doing Reiki from a Distance anyway. These new classes are just a natural progression for me from where I am with Reiki at this moment in time. I have always been committed to sharing the good news about Reiki and virtual classes will help us spread the word even more and heal the world – one soul at a time.
I used to hold Reiki classes out of our home where I would cook my “Reiki Soup” and make a nice, healthy salad to go along with the learning. Every class was completely different because the energy was completely different with each group of students. Sometimes we chowed the food and other times it wasn’t touched. The food didn’t make the class, it just added to what was already an intense and enjoyable healing experience.
We have had some unforgettable moments in our home thanks to Reiki. I do my best to share those experiences with you. I will continue sharing and continue teaching thanks to Zoom and the eagerness of people who want to make a difference and help their fellow brothers and sisters. They want to change the world. They want to make a difference. They want to heal the world. I know a lot of people like that and It’s an honor to know them.
Everyone can learn Reiki. Everyone. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, called the healing energy, “the miraculous medicine of all diseases,” and “the secret art of inviting happiness.” Truer words were never spoken and this is coming from a guy who used to be more skeptical than anyone else I know. Reiki is amazing and you really can’t make this stuff up. Our world needs Reiki now more than ever. Please stay tuned for future class dates. It will be worth the wait. I promise.
