This full moon has rocked my world. The energy has been so intense for me, and I know how important it is to ground myself. Yet, it still rocked me to my core. As a Reiki Master, I am very sensitive to all energies. As I did my best to ride the waves of Wesak, little did I know what these magnificent vibrations would deliver to me – a new symbol to help heal all living things at a much higher level.
I work with the four Usui symbols for Power, Emotions, Distance and of course The Master Symbol. A while back, I kept hearing about Holy Fire and wanted to explore what I was missing. The Holy Fire Symbol has become a big part of me, just like the other symbols have. Holy Fire is kind of my ace in the hole during a treatment that trumps all things as it purifies and cleanses all stagnant energies – sending them to the light. Holy Fire works very well with the other symbols and intensifies their strength. They play well together.
Recently, I have been a part of some very challenging Reiki sessions where we needed to illuminate a destructive darkness with the brilliant light of eternal love and hope. I started using the sign of the cross as a symbol for Christ Consciousness, rebirth and protection as Jesus blessed us with a much appreciated appearance. Feeling his presence during the Reiki session brought tears to my eyes. Eternal Love in it’s highest form. My Dear God, Thank You Jesus.
Then, when I least expected it, the new Rising Star Symbol entered my life and filled my entire being with a love that goes beyond words or description. Timing is everything, and the timing of the Rising Star was absolute perfection. What do they say? The darkest hour is just before the dawn, right? Oh what a dawn it was for me. This symbol is still working it’s magic on me as it grows with more and more use. It’s a high energy frequency with unlimited possibilities.
This new gift has brought a whole new level of enjoyment to me when sharing Reiki with others. I will continue to work with all 7 symbols throughout each day, and look forward to sharing them with others during upcoming Reiki classes. As a student, I will show you The Rising Star symbol and teach you how to tune into it’s rhythm and vibration as you draw it, visualize it, think about it and partner with it during your future healing sessions.
