When I am giving a presentation on Reiki I always mention that Reiki is not a religion. I’ve heard it said that Reiki is love. Jesus, my Lord & Savior, told us to love one another. Everyday I strive to walk the talk as I help people of all religions and backgrounds. Reiki is universal. It’s God’s energy. Reiki practitioners learn to tap into that life force energy that runs through all living things. I absolutely love teaching Reiki classes. Together, we experience the healing power of God’s energy and it is life changing.
We are indeed all connected. This is why Reiki from a distance works. Do not believe all the divisive nonsense in the news about what it means to be a Christian. My walk with God is different from every other living thing walking the planet. And, so is yours. It took me many years to learn to trust God completely, let Him hold my hand at all times and believe in His perfect timing. Sunrise Reiki Colorado is a reflection of me and what I am trying to achieve – healing the world one soul at a time. The world needs Reiki – now more than ever.
I begin my day on my knees in prayer and end the day the same way. I also pray throughout the day. I just can’t do it on my own. I have to have God in my life. I trust in His Will and have surrendered all fears and angst to Him just like He asked me to. I do my best to please Him. He blesses me in so many ways in return that it brings tears to my eyes as I type this. Lord, Thank you. Thank you.
When I share Reiki with others I am channeling a very high vibration and form of unconditional love. We are meant to be calm and operating at 100%. Any number of things tie us up in knots when we are in pain and stressed out. Reiki loosens those knots and keeps our energy flowing the way it’s supposed to be flowing. Someone told me a couple of weeks ago that I was doing God’s work. That made me so happy – especially on the heels of a senior woman asking me if was practicing “demonism” at a senior living community. I tried to explain to her that what I do is exactly the opposite. The entire conversation was wasted energy. I kept it short.
Recently, adding a Christian Based Company under Sunrise Reiki Colorado made so much sense to me. I speak with many about Reiki and they are naturally fascinated by “The secret art of inviting happiness” and “the miraculous medicine of all diseases.” Thank You Dr. Mikao Usui for your infinite wisdom and changing my life because of the discovery you made all those years ago. Reiki changed my life and continues to work its wonders as I do my very best to spread the word and joy of God’s love for us and Reiki.
