Life can be so unpredictable and Reiki helps us navigate the journey as it assists on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki’s Founder, Mikao Usui, said it best when he described the healing energy as “the secret art of inviting happiness,” and “the miraculous medicine of all diseases.” Indeed and Amen. Thank you Sensei Usui.
I know from first hand experience that Reiki really does invite happiness and I’ve seen it help with with any situation like a miraculous medicine would as well. Recently, I’ve shared Reiki with many people including myself. The self-healing benefits from Reiki cannot be overstated. I was first attuned to Reiki in 2012, but I continue to rediscover the wonder of it all. I never liked roller coasters anyway and Reiki smooths out the ride that any day can bring us. You just never know what’s around the corner.
Reiki is such a blessing during challenging times. It’s like a secret weapon. If I was just put on hold. It’s a good time for some Reiki. The traffic on 285 was at a standstill, and I gave myself a quick blast of Reiki. I’ve seen how effective Reiki can be in just a few minutes, from all of the Reiki “samples” I have shared with so many people. A few minutes of Reiki might just keep the doctor away. Delayed at the gate? Stuck on the runway? You get the idea. The name of this article says it all. I’ve used Reiki for everything you can imagine and it always helps the situation. Always.
“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” is from the Holy Bible’s Psalm 118:24. It’s one of my favorite scriptures and it always rings true for any given day. I catch myself saying it to myself throughout the day. Reiki teaches us to live in gratitude and to savor the moment.
Reiki practitioners become very energy efficient and we don’t like to waste our energy on things like anger or worry. Mikao Usui also taught us “just for today, do not anger,” and “just for today, do not worry.” Reiki can be so comforting at a time when we really need it the most.
Lately, I’ve needed Reiki’s soothing touch and it has brought me comfort as only Reiki can. In addition, I just taught a Reiki class, which I hadn’t done in a while. I rediscovered Reiki right along with my student. It was a one-on-one class and just like always, the timing of the class was perfect. Diving Timing is always right on time, without exception. I will not wait so long to teach my next class. I realized how much I love teaching Reiki and how much I have missed teaching classes. Lesson learned.
Reiki always helps me so much and that’s why I am so passionate about it. I’m a promoter. If I have come across something I really like that I am pretty sure you’re going to like…Well, you’re going to hear about it. That’s seems to be the way it goes with me. I also want to pay it forward. I feel like every time I am sharing Reiki, I am doing just that. That’s why I continue to write these articles about the wonders of Reiki.
Reiki continues to change my life and I want you to come along for the ride. I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to read this. Thank you.
If you or a loved one are in any kind of pain, please consider Reiki. You’ll be glad that you did.
