Equine Wisdom & Coaching is partnering with Sunrise Reiki Colorado to host the new “Healing & Discovery with Horses & Reiki” workshop. This powerful event will be held outdoors at a beautiful horse property near Evergreen, Colorado.
Plan on bringing sunblock and dressing comfortably. Be prepared for Colorado’s sometimes unpredictable weather. This intimate weekend is available to just 4 students. Snacks and food will be provided on both days. Please drink plenty of water ahead of time.
On Friday, June 7th, there will be a casual welcome reception from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. There will be tasty hors d’oeuvres and an opportunity for you to meet your fellow students, as well as Lori Morman, owner of Equine Wisdom & Coaching, and Jeff Baird, owner of Sunrise Reiki Colorado. An overview of the weekend of healing will be shared with you during this time.
On Saturday June 8th, Lori and the horses will help you improve your body centered awareness, understand emotions as energy, and discover your authenticity as you take steps toward creating the life you wish to live. Lori is a graduate of the Academy for Coaching with Horses, as well as a Reiki Level II practitioner. “I am privileged to partner with horses as they share their wisdom, and am honored to receive their gifts as teachers and healers.” You will receive many informational handouts and worksheets to prepare for and further integrate your process. This is a non-riding experience. All work is done on the ground. No previous horse experience is necessary.
The Reiki Level I class will kick off at Sunrise on Sunday, June 9th. This class will begin with the powerful “Meditation for Healing & Gratitude.” After the meditation, you will receive a healing attunement, before learning more about Reiki and the many benefits of healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You will also learn about the amazing healing properties of stones and crystals. Jeff’s Reiki classes have been called “life changing” by many of his students. He is an Unlimited and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher, who works with veterans, animals, families, young adults, organizations and individuals in-person and from a distance.
William Lee Rand’s “Healing Touch,” and the “Reiki for Animals” book will be given to each student. You will also have the opportunity to share the gift of Reiki with the horses who will be a part of your healing experience. Reservations will be accepted beginning May 10th on the Services page at www.sunrisereikicolorado.com, and will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
The fee for this healing workshop is $825.
