For six and a half years I have watched Reiki in action up close and personal. First, it took my intense hand pain away and improved my quality of life beyond anything I could have imagined. She is now like the Energizer Bunny as she goes and goes and goes some more. Her healing is directly tied to mine, and the two of us are closer than we have ever been. – after 35 years of marriage.

Reiki has allowed me to help countless people and their animals heal from just about any kind of ailment you can imagine. I am always saying that healing is a team effort, and it is. I incorporate many of the business strategies I have learned into my Reiki treatments and consultations. I ask a lot of questions to determine how I can help someone. Then, we develop a plan of action that will bring their wellness to a much higher level sooner rather than later. We work closely together in order to achieve this goal. It’s a team effort.

For 30+ years, I built, developed and led teams to success, always leading by example. We accomplished great things together as we launched new products and sometimes launched entire new industries. Even with our success, there always seemed to be too much stress, not enough focus and inconsistent productivity. Now, I have reached a point in my life where I have a better understanding of why anything is possible. The only limitations we have are the ones that we put on ourselves. We really can accomplish anything we set our minds to.

The best teams are confident, prepared, relaxed, cohesive and understand the power of working together rather than going it alone. They expect to win – it’s a mindset. They overachieve on a consistent basis and fully understand the importance of self-care and continuous learning. They refuse to let their teammates down by not holding up their end of the deal. They take great pride in delivering the goods. They also do whatever they can to stay at least one step ahead of the competition, while keeping up with their colleagues. As a result, they are committed to self – improvement and continuous growth. It’s an attitude that they carry with them day in and day out. They understand the importance of being urgent with their actions and patient with their growth. They prepare for success and expect to succeed.
