My Reiki Table

My Reiki table has brought comfort to countless people over the years. It’s even served as a safe space for our Golden Mountain Doodle when the anxiety from too many people being in the house has sent “Big Girl” running away and jumping on the table to hide. Stella, my other dog likes to lay on the grid underneath the table and who can blame her. My grid is charged with Reiki ‘s energy and my intentions. That’s some good energy and then some! I’m so grateful that I get to do my work in this space. It’s a special place.

This room is frequently visited by Higher Sources. And, I get to hear what my clients tell me after their sessions. Yesterday, a man who is doing his best to fight PTSD had an out of body experience. He also said he felt safe and loved the entire time. One client had 7-8 of her relatives who had passed away years earlier show up during her Reiki session. Each one of them stopped to hold her right hand. Another woman in her 70’s who was still dealing with all of the emotions she had when she miscarried at a very young age told me my Reiki table set her free. I’ll never forget that session. It was so intense and emotional as I watched a husband and wife cry tears of joy and hug because of the table that is just a few feet from me as I type this.

I love taking naps on this table. I always wake up recharged and ready to go. My Reiki Table has changed my life. It taught me how to just be in the moment. Today’s session at 11:30 a.m. was one of the most enjoyable Reiki sessions I have ever been a part of. But, like I say, my favorite Reiki session is always my last. My client is the perfect example of “Healing is a Team Effort.” I’ve said that for years and it’s an eternal truth. A person’s willingness to receive Reiki’s healing energy and follow its guidance is just as important as the energy itself. My clients and I form a special bond and the results can be life changing. My Reiki table humbles me.

I could go on and on about what I have seen happen on this table. (You’ll have to wait for the book I am working on.) When I pack it up to go somewhere I treat it with the respect that it deserves; handling it carefully as I put it in my car to take this healing show on the road. If you or someone you love is in any kind of pain, please consider Reiki and consider experiencing it on my table. You’ll be glad you did.
