I love teaching Reiki classes. Sharing this amazing gift with others and helping them as they continue on their journey of healing brings me “joy, joy, joy, joy – down in my heart. Down in my heart!” Love that song almost as much as I love teaching Reiki!

Every class is different because I share the latest experiences I have been having with Reiki. I don’t believe in “cookie cutter” classes. With Reiki, I don’t think it’s possible to be cookie cutter anyway! My class handout helps me keep on track and covers things I plan to go over. It’s like an outline but also features important information like the seven symbols I work with and my “Meditation for Gratitude & Healing.” I’ve heard some amazing stories from students who took part in the meditation. My students teach me as much as I teach them. We are joined by Higher Forces during our Reiki classes and they help guide the classes to ensure that we make the very most of this special time based on the energy in the room.

In addition to my own handout, we work out of a number of William Lee Rand’s materials that I was given during the classes I have attended, including Master classes. This class is kind of a hybrid and helps all attendees by delivering an experience for their highest good. Torkom Saraydarian and Alice Bailey writings are also shared during the class. We generally start around 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and cover a lot of ground. Dress for comfort. I’ll make a pot of my Reiki stew and salad and have snacks and drinks too.
