I love being called “The Reiki Guy.” It’s a simple confirmation of who I am. It took a while for me to get to this place. But now, I am being called The Reiki Guy on a regular basis. Before I went “all in” with Reiki, I was wondering who I really was. The main question for me being – was I a Reiki practitioner or a sales and marketing guy? I tried to be both, before things lined up perfectly for me. Timing is everything and patience is indeed a virtue. This incredible journey I am on was well worth the wait. Don’t ever give up on your dreams. They really can come true.
I had to go all in in order to earn the right to be called The Reiki Guy. They call me that at the Northern Colorado Veterans Resource Center, 14 Hands Ranch, Canine Rehabilitation and Conditioning Group, Evergreen Parks & Recreation, Evergreen Massage and anywhere else I may go to help relieve somebody’s pain. This is a full-time job and it’s a dream come true for me. Our intentions are so strong. See your vision. Believe it. Work it. Live it. Love it.
The front lines of healing are where the magic happens. You literally have to be there to fully appreciate the transformations that I get to see every day of the week. What a blessing it is do this work as we help people and animals heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I have always led a busy life, but never before have I been able to do so much with my precious time. Reiki Masters are very energy efficient as we do not waste our time or energy on things that do not serve our highest purpose.
Healing comes from within and Reiki helps bring that healing to the surface, where it rightfully belongs. This is exactly the opposite of what most are familiar with; which is masking the pain at all costs and burying it as deeply as possible. Reiki can do no harm with its gentle, soothing touch, but can stir things up as it brings deep rooted pain out into the light. A person’s willingness to receive the energy and release the pain is every bit as important as the energy itself. This is why I always say, “healing is a team effort.” My clients and I share a very special bond as we work together on their well-being and improved quality of life.
March is another busy month at Sunrise Reiki Colorado. Here is an update on some of the things we are involved with. Thank You for your on-going support. So many “Colorado Serenity” readers have become loyal customers of mine. If you’re curious about Reiki and have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
By the way, we just ordered some beautiful new quality t-shirts with our logo prominently displayed. For every t-shirt sale, we will donate $5 to the 2019 Baird Survival Bags campaign. Pick one up from me for just $20. We are also shipping them anywhere in the U.S. for $25. Plus, if you mention this article and purchase at least 3 Reiki treatments, or attend one of my classes, you will receive one of these shirts for free!
I am thrilled to be a part of the Evergreen Massage team where I share Reiki every Monday. Over the years, I have had many massages in the highest end spas, in practitioner’s homes, and everything in between. Evergreen Massage is one of the nicest healing spaces I have ever been in. There are many choices when it comes to massage, and there is a difference. Come see for yourself. You’ll be glad you did. We are located in the heart of Evergreen. You can book your massage and Reiki appointments at www.evergreencomassage.com.
